Lotto results 14th April 2022

A huge thankyou to all St Brigid’s Club Lotto supporters and to our brilliant Lotto Committee.

There was no Jackpot winner on the 14th so the Jackpot rises to €12,000 for our next draw on 28th April following an Easter Break

Christina (Chris) Downey (Castlecurrragh, Mulhuddart, and formerly of Church Avenue, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15) April 10th 2022. (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff in Cherry Ward, Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Sadly missed by her loving brother Paddy, brother-in-law Cormac, sister-in-law Jill, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Tuesday afternoon (12th. April) from 2.00pm until 4.00pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Wednesday morning (13th. April) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00am followed by cremation at Dardistown Crematorium. The death has occurred of Anthony (Tony) Stapleton, Brownshill, Carlow and formerly of Hadleigh Court, Castleknock, Dublin 15, April 4th (peacefully) at home. Predeceased by his wife Pat. Sadly missed by his loving wife Betty, sons Tony and Alan, daughters Joyce and Helen, step-daughters Denise and Karen, brothers, all his 16 grandchildren, great-grandson, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 10am in The Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock. Funeral afterwards to Glasnevin Crematorium for service at 12noon.

The GAA National Club Draw tickets are back with tickets available from the Club Shop. Tickets have also been allocated to all teams. This is a vital source of funding for our Club.

The 2022 National Club Draw will take place on 2nd June 2022.

Thomas (Tom) Horan The Square, Clonaslee died peacefully at home in the company of his loving family. Predeceased by his loving wife Pauline and daughter Lorraine. Deeply regretted by his loving family.

Tom will repose at home on Tuesday from 2pm. Recital of The Rosary at 8 pm. Removal from his home on Wednesday at 2.45 to St.Manmam’s Church for Requiem Mass at 3pm. Burial after in The New Cemetery. The wearing of face masks is desirable. Sympathisers can express their condolences on the online section on rip.ie.

Fingal Presentation- thank you for help during the pandemic

Audrey Creedon coordinated St Brigid’s participation in the GAA’s ‘Club Together’ Initiative with SuperValu and Centra and would like to thank everyone who assisted during the past two years.

Fingal County Council recently presented St Brigid’s with a framed thank you certificate in recognition of the service given to the county by St Brigids members during the pandemic.
