Club Survey – Have Your Say!

Please check your emails or WhatApp messages from group mentors for communications from the club about a club wide survey.

This is an opportunity for members to give their views and feedback which will greatly assist and help shape the future development of the club over the next few years. We encourage all members to complete this online survey by 31 January 2024.

On 20 February 2024 there will be a town hall meeting where everyone is welcome to hear the findings of this survey and discuss plans around the set up of new committees.

Now is the time to have your say and get involved in how the club will move forward.

Micheál Gargan RIP

The Trustees and members of St. Brigid’s wish to extend our deepest sympathies to the Gargan family on the passing of Micheál Gargan. Micheál was a great St. Brigid’s supporter down the years and as a former teacher in Coláiste Mhuire always had a cúpla focal of encouragement.

Message from the Chairman

23 December 2023

Dear Members,

It is with a genuine sense of honour that I step into the role of Chairman at St. Brigid’s GAA Club. The trust you place in me is deeply appreciated and the warmth and support extended to the executive in recent weeks have been very heartening. Along with the executive team, I look forward to working with you over the next year as we as we seek to build on our proud traditions and to further enhance the club experience for all.

A heartfelt expression of gratitude goes to the outgoing executives, with special  appreciation to Gerry Philips, Mary O’Connor and Trish O’Reilly. Their dedicated service over the past few years has laid a solid foundation, and I look forward to their continued leadership in St. Brigid’s.

I extend sincere thanks to our players who have represented St. Brigid’s with pride over the past year. A special acknowledgment goes out to all our volunteers, sponsors, mentors and parents whose invaluable contributions are pivotal to the ongoing success of our club.

On behalf of the club executive and myself, I wish all our members and our families a very warm and relaxing Christmas and a New Year, 2024, filled with all things good.
