AHL 5 - St Brigids 3-07 Ballyboden St Endas 1-12

Our Inter hurlers held on for a deserved one point win over Ballyboden in their AHL 5 league encounter played in Santa Maria on Saturday evening. Three first half goals from Conor The Poacher Morris set the lads up well for the win following good work from young minor Luke Purtell and Eoin Thynne. At half time the lads led 3-03 to 0-08. 

The returning Willie Madden picked off four nice scorers in the second half following good work from Keith Morris and Seamus Lynam before a late Boden revival saw them close to gap to one but strong defensive displays from Damien Fitzsimmons, Karl Rogers and John Hanley saw the lads hold on for two more vital league points, keeping them top of the table.
