Dublin have named a new-look team for Sundays Allianz HL Division 1B clash with Carlow in Parnell Park (3.0). The Dubs welcome the likes of Stephen Hiney and Ryan O Dwyer back from injury for their maiden appearances of this league campaign while Oisín Gough, Niall McMorrow and Eamon Dillon will be making their first starts,
