U16 Hurlers Reach Championship Final after thrilling victory over Erin's Isle

U16 Championship Semi Final - Erins Isle 6-05 St Brigids 3-17

Our U16 Hurlers (old school photo above!) produced a superb display to overcome Erin's Isle, 3-17 (26) to 6-05 (23) in a thrilling U16 Semi Final on Saturday afternoon in Finglas. In an unpredictable and exciting game the led changed hands numberous times as both sides exchanged some superb scores, with Luke Purtill and David Fraine landing some excellent points for the visitors. Well done to the whole team and management who can now look forward to a county final against Commercials in a few weeks time!
