Des Whyte RIP   22/01/2018

St Brigids GAA are saddened to learn of the passing of Des Whyte.

The Trustees and members of St. Brigid’s GAA Club wish to extend our deepest sympathies to all his family. 

Des was involved for many years with St Brigid’s, and was a very generous supporter of all our endeavours.

(Peacefully); surrounded by his loving children, at Galway University Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his children Elliott, Kellie and Ciara, their mum Dot, daughter-in-law Dee, sons-in-law Jim and Nev and his seven beautiful grandchildren Elliott, Reilly, Alexandra, Jack, Brady, Harry and baby Aidan, his nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many good friends.

Reposing at his home in Oran (eircode F42 R704) on Tuesday afternoon from 4 o’c to 8 o’c. Removal on Wednesday afternoon to Clooneycolgan Church arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 2.30pm. Burial afterwards in Oran Cemetery.For people attending on Tuesday, there will be parking and a shuttle bus available at Kenny’s Pub, Oran.
