Clubnotes from April 17th to April 24th   18/04/2017

The Trustees and members of St Brigid’s were saddened to learn of the passing of Gerry McCarrick, husband of Brenda and father of Louise, Alan and Lorna. Gerry and all of his family have been involved with St Brigids for many years, we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to them.

All in St Brigids were also saddened to learn of the passing of Claire Egan, wife of former Chairperson Joe Egan. The members of St. Brigids wish to extend our deepest sympathies to the Egan family.

We would like to extend our sympathy to the Foley family of Co. Mayo and Castleknock on the death of Carmel Foley (nee O’Boyle) good friend and neighbour to St Brigid’s and to the Nolan family on the recent passing of Stella Nolan (nee Sheils), mother of John Nolan.

Our second meeting on 'Brigids2020' takes place this Friday evening in Russell Park at 7.30! All are asked to attend!

CCC Championship fixtures are upon us! Senior Footballers play St Peregrines at 5.30 in Blanchardstown IT on 22nd April, preceded by Intermediate v Lucan Sarsfields at 4.00. 

Junior A's are in Pearse Park, Junior C's are in Bushy Park, both at 11 on Sunday (23rd) with Junior D's in Russell Park at 3pm on Sunday. 

Our Senior Hurlers are in Parnell Park v Lucan Sarsfields on 27th April at 8.15. Junior A Hurlers are in Martin Savage Park at 6.00 on 29th, Junior E on 30th in Russell Park at 3.00pm. Best of luck to all our teams.

Camogie Féile takes place next weekend 22nd and 23rd April, wishing our team a great weekend! The Saturday matches are due to be played in Pairc Ui Bhroin hosted by Naomh Olaf with first match at 10.30. All support welcome.

Lotto draw is in The Roselawn Inn on the Thursday 20th April. The Jackpot is €15,000. Many thanks to everyone who supports our Club Lotto and to our wonderful Lotto Committee.

Nursery resumes on Saturday 22nd from 9.30 to 11.00 am, all 4 to 7 year olds are welcome.#
